Introduction of Samhita & Siddhanta Department – Janseva Hospital

The Samhita & Siddhanta Department forms the foundational pillar of Ayurvedic education at S.H. Ayurveda College. This department is dedicated to imparting classical Ayurvedic knowledge through the study of original Ayurvedic scriptures such as Charaka Samhita, Sushruta Samhita, Ashtanga Hridaya, and other authoritative texts. We aim to help students build a strong conceptual understanding of Ayurvedic principles, including Tridosha theory, Panchamahabhuta, Sharira, Hetu, Vyadhi, and the philosophical foundations of life and health. Our teaching integrates traditional wisdom with modern interpretative methods, ensuring that students not only learn the texts but also understand how to apply them in clinical practice. .
